At the moment, Resentine holds the Delegacy (supported by Imki). We will be switching the Delegacy to a Reserve member (Griffin) soon to free up Res' WA for other operations. Vietnam has RO, and Res will bestow RO upon my puppet (Kutumal IX) there as well.

Delegacy transition in Lazarus is done; those that had not deployed yet no longer need to do so and can support here instead.
