There are topic threads for the biggest ideas, but there were some listed that I wasn't sure they each deserved their own thread. I will list them line by line.
On acceptable motions, there is really only one motion, and its to vote, so unless we want to create motions to stop voting, stop debate, extend debate, suspend the time requirement, I don't really see the need for this.
On procedure for votes, it's basically the same idea as what I said in the Codifying CoA thread.
For bringing back votes (most likely failed votes), we would need to make it as if it was being reintroduced, except it uses the same thread and would require a motion to restart debate. Also, be able to prohibit nominations from being retried, like high court or generals, until a sufficient amount of time has passed.
On competing legislation, I think the system we have now is fine, and this topic in general should be dropped.
On Law formatting, like Roavin said, I think it should be left for another commission, but I could support the option for a group of people to be created that would like to work out kinks in bills before they are introduced should the sponsor allow it.
And finally on time for votes, I think the standard of 3 days for basic, and 5 days for amendments is fine.
If any of y'all think it deserves a separate thread go ahead and create it. Also if there are any topics y'all would like to add, then add it as well. I'd love to hear feedback on this, we are almost in the homestretch om this!
