Since you fought alongside the Pacific during the Event of Nuclear War and some of you have been going all-out to protect the Pacific, I am here to award you in the same way any Pacifican has been awarded.
In our eyes, you have honored the name of your region and thus we offer you the following sentiment: The people of the South Pacific, members of the Faction "The Drama Llamas" will be hereby allowed to wear "the great nuclear war ribbon" just as you would have been one of our own.
