Here are the results from the Chair of the Assembly election:

Bzerneleg — 31 votes (25 public; 6 private)
North Prarie — 17 votes (15 public, 2 private)
RON — 2 votes

Bzerneleg has been elected as the next Chair of the Assembly.

Congrats to both candidates on a great election!

I would first like to thank Prarie on running a well-organized campaign, if there's anything I can describe him with, he's a passionate fighter who will continue to stand up for his values and beliefs.

Legislators, we are at a verge. A verge that will lead us to a better place than we are at now, or a verge that will make us fall and tumble. We shall be proud of what we have achieved together so far, but we must not be too celebratory to a point where the pride deceives the mind. And most important of all, we shall restore and maintain our hope and belief in our fellow colleagues, in our Assembly and for our region. For it is the only way that keeps us united and propels us forward towards a better future for our region.

Lastly, at the end of the day, please don't thank me for running and winning this election, but thank you for making this entire thing possible.
