This is just a notice that QuietDad, who won the election for Minister of the Army, has been appointed by the Cabinet to finish what little length is left of Geomania's term. The Cabinet decided on this, because it allows QuietDad as much time as possible to get the ball rolling with the South Pacific Special Forces.
