The South Pacific

I stole this from Pacific-Con, but with some slight changes. Normally, you would count up until the event ends, however, now you're gonna count up until the Coalition collapses and we've been couped! Don't claim the Coalition has ended and/or couped until such a time as the aforementioned have happened!
