What the flipping fudge do you expect? You literally asked him to point out your positive and negative aspects:

I asked for weakness that does not mean three paragraphs of negativity. Now as I said we could continue to waste our about what's negative or not, or we could do something productive and discuss things to do with RA!

How much negativity would you want to see then? If you ask for weaknesses that is the same as asking to point out your negative traits.

I don't see why anyone can move on if we still want to know what is up with your backlashes at people recently.
I am Zadiner/Zak. Part of Assembly, some other stuff, Founder of some other region.

I have asked twice now for people to stop discussing the meaning of different words, you can not do so please leave. This I believe is Syclla's supporters moving the discussion away from the serious issues to stupid debates about the meaning of different words so people won't beable to see my plans for the Region.

Since you seem like you're looking for some other questions, here are these:

(11-16-2015, 02:18 PM)Punchwood Wrote: On the changes to the Advisory Council I belive that it should be made up of just three members. The two Deputies and a random member of the Fellowship Programme that would change every month, meaning that the Advisory Concil would change every month meaning I would get diffrent views and anyone could get in!'

A random member? Do you think that this will be an effective way of getting input over something like say, surveys or polls like done by Kringalia in the past?

(11-16-2015, 02:18 PM)Punchwood Wrote: I would love to see RMB "flash mobs" on both our RMB and allies RMB's.

How would you propose we run these? Would these just be random without any messaging to other governments, or would we approach them before you start these? Also, what exactly would these "flash mobs" entail?

(11-16-2015, 02:18 PM)Punchwood Wrote: I want to start up a new prodject call Cabinet's Questions. This would be a lot like PMQs but a lot more friendly and anyone could ask the questions. Each week we would ask the community of TSP to give us questions they want to put to a member of the Cabinet, we would then take those questions and ask that member of Cabinet and should everyone their answers.

Gathering each cabinet member to answer multiple questions every single week seems like a workload not every member of the Cabinet would like. How do you propose you solve this?

You've been prone to some bouts of... nastiness at times. How can we be assured you won't do this around a new player depending on circumstance?

Do you have any plans to restart "Real Time"?

Sorry this has taken so long. I was away in Tain for the weekend and I've been busy ever since I've got back.

1. Yes I do think this would be an effective way of getting good advice as 1. I trust them and 2. It's these random members that will help me or create the surveys, poll and so on.

2. Have a look at this: http://thesouthpacific.x10.mx/thread-1486.html That should answer all your questions on that subject.

3. I should have made that a bit clearer. It would be one Cabinet member per week not all of them every week. At first my idea was Delegate's questions, I thought of this two terms ago it never really worked out and then I thought why not make it to include all of the Cabinet.

4. I will not ever dignify that question with an answer. I am so shock you would ask such a thing.

5. I would like to see a "test trail" of Real Time and see if it is possible to continue it as I know I really enjoyed it. RT was stopped as it was difficult to get a group of people at the same time all with different time-zones. I was thinking about changing RT into Cabinet's Questions just as Meet the Government was changed into Real Time.

I've noticed that many people have not been voting for me because of the whole outbursts thing. I would like to point out that we have had people in the Cabinet before who have had outbursts before such as Tsu and Lord Ravenclaw. I have argued with people such as Kris and Feirmont before yet I still talk to them both and I like them both as people. Just because I get angry sometimes and have these outburst does not mean I would not continue to perform my job with an act of professionalism.

Saying I would vote for you but because of your outburst I'm not is not a great way to vote. If these outburst had happened well before the election no one would care yet because it was around the time of the election everyone suddenly cares. As I have said before many of our elected Cabinet officials have had outbursts yet we keep elected them into government.

In my option you are wasting your vote. By saying I prefer your ideas yet because I don't like you I'll vote for the other person is in my option wasting your vote. At the end of the day we have to stick our heads down and get on with life and that's what I'll do elected or not.

I don't believe it's the fact that it happened right before elections, but it's more your repeated history of them, combined with your conduct during elections.
