Agreed, but that's somethin' for the Assembly.

I don't know if I'm allowed to speak on here but if not oh well.

Surely the only way this can work is like this

A- A new Vice Delegate is appointed by the people their decide, if the Assembly or High Court decided it would be illegal.
B- The current Delegate take full control their have the Vice's powers as well and their is no Vice Delegate for the rest of this term.

I am with A but I doubt Kringalia would betray us and try to rule TSP without The Assembly.

Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator.

Naturally, there should be an approval/confirmation vote by the Assembly upon appointment.
