Anyone who bullies Hammer for having bad English should be reported and made to apologize. Seriously, we non-native English speakers have gone through the trouble of learning your language alongside ours, and learning a language can be difficult, especially if our language is not related to English. Those who bully non-native English speakers for bad English are the equivalent of conservative bullies who bully immigrants and foreigners for not speaking English well. And Im sure no one here is like that.

I'm a non-native speaker, so you know I take this seriously. But we still need to be calm about it. I already told Hammer that he can and should report anyone who is making him feel uncomfortable, and the truth is that, since he's the only one who might have access to this information, he's the only one who could realistically make a report. There is not much we can do beyond that, particularly because we (1) don't know who it was, (2) how bad it was and (3) whether it took place on this forum.
