Liberatia
#1

Liberatia recently applied for citizenship again. We, as the cabinet, have the ability to deny his citizenship application on the grounds that we may find him to be a security threat. Should we do so?

I haven't a clue here. While technically he was multy-ing, I don't even think we had a rule against that. So really, he was banned through an illegal act of the previous forum administrators.

In fairness, I don't think that stops him from being a threat (even though I'm not sure he is) nor will that stop Bels from making anything regarding him a circus (we he already is) ... so ... I don't think.

I'm going to default to the argument that this is above my pay grade at the moment.

I will be granting Liberatia citizenship, as I cannot find anything fraudulent about his application.

I know I'm a little late on this, but I think that granting him citizenship is the prudent thing to do. I believe it would be easier to keep an eye on him if we gave him TSP citizenship.
