There is an inconsistency in the terminology used in the Elections Act.

Would changing it to 'Chief Justice' require an amendment or would it (as I presume) fall under the ' typographical errors, grammatical errors, or formatting inconsistencies at any time' as stated in the Legislative Procedure Act?
