This has to be the third or fourth time I've been called a member of the Old Guard. It does sound rather nice, I have to say. Even if the oligarchy accusations are a bit annoying. Tounge

The only difference is different players but all of them were old players except Arbiter and he wasn't even elected in. He was just place in, that's not a democracy.

Also who ever tell nations to join the forums no one you have to find them yourself. Who tells you to get involved in the assembly no one.

Even if I and Scope had been in the assembly you still would not have voted for us because "we have no experience in this job." TSP has to change if not it will just get boring and the same people's brains will be softened with power and the region will be conquered be enemy regions.

You can or not support me, that's your opinion and I respect that. What I don't like is you and the same old be people putting us down. Making us feel like we can't do anything in TSP. Discouraging us and being quiet frankly mean.

This is why I can't vote for you Kringlia I would like to, as you seem like you and Arbiter will be great but your just so discouraging and heartless at elections and even in NS you can be a bit too strict. You need to liven up a little and give constructive criticism not destructive criticism.

The difference is that everyone that is in Government now got involved in the region, either as a participant in the Assembly or as a Deputy before running for anything. Getting elected is NOT a training tool. It's a reward for showing you're worthy of keeping the keys.

Tell me who tells new nations about getting involved in the assembly ? And where do we apply to become a deputy ? I guessed there were deputy stops and that was what I wished to be but where do we apply to become one ?

Let's ignore for a moment that people can just ask how to get involved or volunteer, which is what I did to get my first government job. You have the Citizenship Applications thread which includes an option to sign up for different jobs in our government and in SPINN. There have been two (1) openings (2) for deputy positions in the Ministry of Regional Affairs and one opening for deputy positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Yes, there are opportunities. If you want to get involved you have the tools, and if not you can ask for help.

Yes and to find these people will have to go to the same old people. I stand by what I said before TSP has to change for the better.

I honestly don't understand what you want. You ask for ways to get involved but won't take them when given the opportunity. It sounds like you want everyone to be elected just to say they were elected, regardless of their merits. If you want to get involved as a newcomer, then look at how we did it. You have the examples of Escade, Farengeto, Arbiter, Sandaoguo, ProfessorHenn and myself.

I was talking about how people can get involved in the region. That doesn't necessarily involve people that have already been elected.
