You have done an outstanding job so far. I'll go ahead and ask two questions, just for the sake of having an active election:

1. What do you think of the current debate on judicial reform? Do you think our judiciary is active enough to require an appeals system?
2. Do you think our criminal and penal codes are still appropriate? Do they need updating, or should we just leave them as they are?

Should you be elected do you intend to be Chief Justice once more?

You have my vote no matter, but AS Chief Justice, do you not see an issue with your COI where you list citizenship in 10 other regions (NOT AN ISSUE!) yet list only one other nation/alias?

Former citizenships, for the record.

It could be that, and it probably is, just need to hear it said because it's not clear to me. Again no big issue, just clearing up confusion.

It is that. He lists all those citizenships under "Past NS involvement". I'm pretty sure he went by Belschaft in those regions as well.

1. Historically we've never been able to get a judicial system that we really like, to the point that bi-annual judicial reform has effectively become a tradition. What we currently have seems to be working ok so far, but could probably do with some tweaking. In regards to appeals systems, TSP isn't large enough for such to be necessary or practical. Some kind of appeal function needs to be in place, but it should be designed to be as functional as possible rather than to simulate real world best practices.

2. I think the criminal and penal codes are in need of review and modification.

That's a decision for the elected justices to decide. I would have no problems with continuing as Chief Justice if re-elected.

Correct. Whilst I have had dozens if not hundred of nations over the years, I've always gone by Belschaft as my NS identity.

While that would probably be a discussion better suited for the Assembly, what reviews and modifications (in general terms) would you say we need for our criminal and penal codes?

I'd probably favor wholesale revision, with serious consideration of what kind of offences actually occur in TSP and a view to making the justice system quicker and more efficient. The most common crime that we see committed is defamation, and yet hardly anyone ever presses a complaint.
