Hey all -- Welcome to the Cabinet!

To start this term off right, I'd like to get all Cabinet departments plans/desire/goals for term. If you could post them here, that would amazing.

The first thing I want to direct everyone's attention to is a Holiday Ball/Holiday Party sometime after Euro's Winter Ball and before Christmas. I'd like to make this a inter-regional event and a way to kinda push "reset" on our foreign affairs. I'm going to start another thread to discuss this, but I wanted to point this out here.

My other push will be legislative reform, namely through a Great Council that I hope to hold after the new year. I think that will be the best time to make any legal reforms.

Outside of these major events, I'd like to support agendas that you all would like to pursue. So please, be bold. Be creative. Be outlandish.

Howdy.

My first priority is staffing. I need to decide who, if any, will be appointed as Deputy Ministers, and what their job roles will be. I normally appoint people who are able to balance out my own weaknesses, or have connections with places I don't.

Once I have that sorted, I want to double check whether there is still a legal requirement for us to release a monthly foreign update. If there is, I'll work on getting that amended and removed as we use SPIN for the most part.

I will also be examining the current embassy and consulates policy, as well as reassessing feelings regarding a diplomatic service (not something I particularly feel the need for, but I am open to hearing the thoughts of others).

That is all in-house stuff. For the moment, I'll sit on my plans regarding our relationships until I've spoken with you about them Tsu.
