So, the Two-Staged Proposal beat out the other proposals by a large margin.

Essentially, if were to run three separate votes (Minimalist v.s Two-Staged, Two-Staged v.s GE, GE v.s Minimalist), Two-Staged would win both of its matches, meaning its more popular than both of the other two options, Minimalist and GE.
