Basically my idea with music that you'd get a few people together and you'd give them each a segment to play different music. For instance they could each play current hits or old hits or classic rock or 80's music and just things like that.

Like a continuous music station with rotating DJs and different types of music per DJ?

Somewhat. But you would have different news broadcasts and shows on too.

How is everyone doing with the first assignment? I hope you are all as much excited/nervous/nauseous at our first release coming up in a few weeks as I am.

I invite you all to add me on Skype if you would like to chat with me about various projects, to pick my brain or to give me your ideas. It's of course not neccessary, and please keep posting your ideas here in this thread . My idea with this is to get a quicker conversation going, and we can even just chat and wind down.

Also, if preferrered, I could also host an IRC channel and we can have a staff meeting to really blitz our first draft for the script when the time comes.

I was just thinking, it might be a good idea to do a few shows on the radio. You could get people to send in stories and they could be read out. Also if you can get together a few people to do different characters you could actually have shows. That might sound a little bit complicated but if you can get a few people together to do voices and get scripts and stuff like that it would work. There are plenty of sound effects on the internet that you can use too.

Curly: “This is such a special day coming up, I wanna get started a early!”

Moe: “What’s the occasion platinum head?? And what’s that snake doing around your neck?!?”

Larry: “I think it’s a napkin Moe…”

Curly: “It’s a tie, ya craaaaaaaaaaazies! Why, today our fancy South Pacific region celebrates it’s new radio show!!! We gotta look our best! Zoot suits and ties all around!”

Moe: “Your ‘best’ would be to not show up! Look at ya!”

Curly: “Well, help me with my tie, would ya Moe???”

(Moe tightens the tie just a smidge too tightly. Curly pokes his eyes to stop him, then Moe gives him a double chop to his head.)

Larry: “Stop it you two! This is special! Why, remember how we made the RMB the place to be? That’s why we’re still here 10 years later and getting our very own radio show!!”

Moe: “You’re right, cement head! Wow, you had a real thought! Any more brains and you’d be dangerous!”

Curly: “Larry’s right! And let’s hope we continue to shake things up and swing wildly from all the chandeliers today and over the NEXT 10 years!!”
