Farengeto is unfamiliar with affairs of Punchwood and recommends to the council that we invite their representatives to speak so that we may further ascertain the political situation of the nation.
Kringalia concurs. We would appreciate if the representative from Punchwood spoke before this Council on their internal affairs, qualifications to join this Organisation and their intentions in joining.

Awesomiasa concurs with the invitation put forth by our counterparts from Kringalia and Farengeto and would like to invite representatives from Punchwood to speak on its intentions in joining the Southern Cooperation Organisation.

The Punchwoodian Government would like to apologies for taking so long to replay, it would also like to apologies as it wouldn't be answering straight away. Punchwood is facing a tough thing at the moment however it plans to inform us (the representatives) on what and how much to say on each topic in the coming hours, not long before you get a replay.

We must protest the severe lack of respect that Punchwood has shown to this Council. Our proceedings depend on diligent actions, and failing to deliver on a promise made a month ago is hardly what we would expect in a Member of this Organisation. Kringalia proposes to grant Punchwood 72 hours to speak before this Council, with failure to do so triggering an automatic vote on accession.

However with other matters currently taking up Punchwood's time we are afraid we wish to cancel our request to join the organisation.
