Raven - if Balder has no new information; could we run an Article 9 charge on The Empire using Balder's new information as a threat of hostility. Otherwise we don't have anything that specifically fits under Article 9's ridiculously stupid framework.

We could do, although I'm not so sure it'd pass the assembly given recent arguments about Bel. They'll probably accuse us of trying to stifle political freedoms.

So I need to know what's happening about Dali. He would like to know how long he will have to wait for his application to be accepted. SOMEONE needs to tell me what is going on.

If I were Penguin I'd delay his app - and let the others through. Delay until after elections. I'd bet a few bucks he wouldn't even care about citizenship if it was after elections. 

Might want to amend that to say "everyone but Dali in".

Stupid question... When do applications go on hold? I know I have a wee bit of a back up (my fault RL has kicked my ass this week) but I just wanna make sure I get this right.
