The Awesomiasan Government would like to remind the Qvaitican Government that the Pacific Republic of Qvait is an SCO member. We expect that the actions of the Qvaitican Government be in line with that of other SCO member nations, specifically in defending other SCO member nations, including Kringalia and Farengeto, from attacks by Ryccia, as well as upholding international standards of human rights.

Should the Qvaitican Government refuse to comply with the SCO stance, it may face suspension from the Organisation.

Always good to know my cries for peace fall upon deaf ears. And the Qvaitican Government is well aware of their SCO membership, as previously Stated by it's President,

"The Pacific Republic of Qvait stands by its ally in Ryccia and will withdraw from the SCO in the event of war."

In response to the recent statements made by the Government of the Resentine Kingdom, we assure the Government and other international parties that Awesomiasa is committed to the maintenance of peace and stability in the South Pacific. Furthermore, the Awesomiasa Defence Force is regarded as a neutral force, and will only participate in conflicts when 'retaliation is necessary as a result of a threat to national sovereignty or national interests' and that 'mobilisation of the armed forces must be approved by referendum', as stated in Article VII of the Constitution.

In light of the above, the Government's raising of the AFDM Levels is only a response to protect Awesomiasa's national security. It does not mean that Awesomiasa will be deploying troops, as the people have yet to be consulted on this matter via referendum. We will seek to the greatest extent to resolve this conflict through diplomatic means, only mobilising our troops as a last resort.

The Constitutional Monarchy of Ryccia is aware of the Committee. So, we propose the following:

If Ryccia's government officials do not promise what was promised in a year, the SCO has the irrefutable right to send delegations to trial them. If such a requirement is not met, the Ryccian Supreme Court of Justice itself will rule on establishing a new administration, with no interference from the Ryccian Government whatsoever. We will lower our DEFCON, we will dismantle 6,000 nuclear weapons of our 16,000 strong arsenal and lower our army from 35,000,000 to 20,000,000, but the 15,000,000 removed will serve as reserve. The only thing the SCO needs to do is lift the sanctions.

How does that sound?

I think that sounds like a successful negotiation. I support this plan.

Horrible idea.

A complete dismantling of all nuclear weapons.

Lower the army to 5 million with 3 million of them as reserve.

Keep the sanctions until all is said and done.

15 Million with another 5 Million in Reserve. 8 Thousand Nukes dismantled. SCO lifts half of their current sanctions, and lifts the rest once the Ryccian Government finishes their promises.
