Does the Admin job pay in chocolate? If so I'll try it out.

Now on to more serious questions:
1. Are the admins in training people who have more then 2 posts? If not what kind of hazing ceremony could we create which would force them to get to know the region in a fun and slightly scary way with lots of jello involved?
