Amendment to Article 4, Section 2 of the Charter
#1

As the assembly has not complied with HCLQ1504, in accordance with Article 7 of the Bill of Rights I propose the following amendment

Quote:Article 4, Section 2.1, Charter

1. If charges are filed against a citizen resident the case will be held in the High Court.
2. A justice may file charges against a citizen resident, provided they recuse themselves from the case.

This adds the changes proposed in HCLQ1504, and brings the Charter in line with the court's ruling.

Considering this is just putting into law what the court declared months ago, I'll motion this to vote.
