Well my friend, madman meant someone who takes the jade lampshade and ran away maniacally while shooting guns at everyone around them like in GTA.

A madman meant someone who goes into the Lampshade bar and stuns everyone there using a fictional sword when they make a fuss so that me and my friend Fenny could exit safely.

A madman brought a bomb vest to a hill and scares everyone. A madman also riggs everything he touches with illegal and insanely dangerous explosives.

A madman has the power to kick a tardis off a hill.

A madman would boast his country to have the most sophisticated technology, and the only country that has unlocked the secrets of fictional technology and combat.

Finally, A madman could live reading the spams and the threat messages in TSP while sitting on top of the hill with a lampshade. While blowing everything up to dust. And the Madman can do this without burden while drinking dragonflower tea and reading the Verne and Dickens.

That my dear man, is a madman, that is who I am. But you are insane in the Hall of Spam, so I agree, you are a fellow madman.
