On Monday, 1 June, 2015, a presidential airplane holding Qvaitican President Gabriel West and Secretary of State Giovanni Giletti on board landed in Daonlathas, Ryccia. In their visit, they hope to discuss the Rebuilding Ryccia program, Laiwan's potential entry into the SCO and Ryccia's, and the Talyan situation.

In the Daonlathas Capital Airport, President West was welcomed with open arms by the young King, Prime Minister Karen Cline and Minister of Defense Luis Carbono. A Laiwanese delegation was also there, along with Acting Premier Charles Ruchinaw of the Laiwanese Mixed Republic.

KJI: "Welcome, President West and Secretary of State Giletti"
PMKC: "We welcome you to Ryccia"
MDLC: "Let's go to Democratia Palace"

Democratia Palace is the building of the Ryccian Parliament. There, they would discuss issues regarding the three countries, plus, if President West wants to, he can address Parliament in a speech.

President West: "Thank you all."

The Qvaitican party goes to Democratia Palace, where President West addresses the Ryccian Parliament.

President West: "Before starting, I would like to thank the Ryccian government for allowing me to be here today to speak to you all. I have come to Ryccia for multiple reasons. Firstly, I want to strengthen Qvaitican and Ryccian relations, but I also want to personally see that my nation's program, Rebuilding Ryccia, is doing fine or if it needs more funding. From what I have heard, Rebuilding Ryccia has been a success, but there is still a lot of progress to be made. As my limo made its way to this palace, I noticed great improvement in the transportation and infrastructure systems.

Furthermore, I want to discuss with the Laiwanese government about its possible entry into the Southern Cooperation Organisation and with the Ryccian government about seeking a second membership request. It is in the interest of the Qvaitican government that both Ryccia and Laiwan enter the Southern Cooperation Organisation. I know that Ryccia was denied membership the first time, but I believe that it will be accepted on the second go-around.

Lastly, I wish to discuss the Talyan situation. I do not want to see any more Ryccian or Talyan blood be spilled. I will speak to your Prime Minister to find a peaceful solution with the Talyans.

Well thank you for your time, I love my country and yours very much, and I hope to see greater cooperation between the two nations in the future. Thank you and God bless."

The parties then go to discuss these matters among each other.

The Parliament clapped. Then, the Ryccian, Laiwanese and Qvaitican diplomats moved to a room to discuss issues.

KJI: "First of all, let's start with the Rebuilding Ryccia Program. We are very thankful for your help, it means a lot to us. But there's a problem. Militiants of various militias have been destroying improvements. Last week, a militia set a Qvaitican-built building on fire in Karesu, Listberg. They were socialist and anti-Qvaitican. So we would like to ask for... some troops?"

Laiwanese Delegate #1(LD1): "Don't forget the Anayari dispute"

PMKC: "Shut up, its Ryccian land! Laiwan has no right to have it!"

LD1: "Its Laiwanese land and you know it! Land stealer!"

MDLC: "If I could, I could invade Laiwanese Anayari to retrieve our lands!"

APCR: "Stop stop! This is a tri-nation conference, not a dual nation conference! We are here to discuss matters between the three countries, not two alone!"

LD1: "Shut up! If that's the case, then why are we discussing Ryccian matters?! Why don't we shove the "Rebuilding Ryccia" matter to the floor?!"

APCR: "We are involved in most, if not all, those matters!"

KJI: "SILENCE!"

RD1: "You coward child! Defend our arguments!"

KJI: "Shut up or I'll kick you out!"

RD1: "Then why don't you explain your opinion, eh? Coward 14-year old!"

KJI: "Im NOT going to put more coal to the fire! Shut up!"

LD2: "Rafuna tur!(Laiwanese for f*ck you)"

RD2: "We don't understand your Laiwanese sh**! Itsuka!(Ryccian word for f*ck you)"

KJI: "STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP!!!!!!!!!... Im sorry, President West. They are usually not like this, but when Anayari is mentioned, both delegations go crazy, and almost seem like they are going to kill themselves. Oh, I should explain. Anayari is a territory between Ryccia and Laiwan that is disputed between our two nations. Laiwan claims that Anayari is Laiwanese land because its historical Laiwanese land, but Ryccia claims the area because the Ryccian ethnicity is the majority in both sides, with 66% of the Anayarians being Ryccian. KJI: "Leave the Anayari topic out of this discussion! Ugh!"

President West: "I see. I hope to engage in a peaceful discussion with the leaders of these militias, because if they were truly socialist, they would be helping in the Rebuilding Ryccia program, which dedicated $59 billion of Qvaitican taxpayers' money in doing this. If these peaceful talks do not create progress, then I would have no choice but to halt recontruction efforts in Listberg. Sorry, but I do not want to commit Qvaitican soldiers to a foreign conflict unless it directly affects Qvait.

Oh, I think I have an idea that can serve as a compromise to the Anayari border conflict. Perhaps, that territory can be shared by Laiwan and Ryccia. You know what they say, 'Sharing is caring.' Anyway, I cannot wait for Laiwan's admission to the Southern Cooperation Organisation, congratulations. However, I want to know what is taking so long for the Ryccian government to resubmit an application to the SCO, if I may ask."

KJI: "We understand. We even tried to contact these militias, but the first time we tried, even with a white flag, they killed the messanger. And also we tried to engage them online, but they retaliated and hacked Ryccian Government data. They also leave messages like "Never going to negotiate with decadent capitalist world" and things like that. They are truly barbaric, and don't like to negotiate. Only one militia, the Socialist Cavaliers, negotiated, and we let them off the hook if they served as a semi-independent government militia. They agreed, as long as they had a delegate to Parliament. The other militias are just barbaric"

PMKC: "We tried once in October 2014, and negotiating Anayari almost ended in a war between our two countries. We hope that things are not that severe now. And we are not looking to join the SCO soon. Sorry. They might look us as an evil country or a "threat to peace", as we are very militaristic"

APCR: "And we are very excited about our admission. Laiwan will get into the SCO no doubt"

President West: "If Ryccia joins the SCO, it would surely strengthen relations with Qvait. If you believe that they would see Ryccia as a threat to peace, then resubmit a request to accede and then we will see what they think. If what you are saying is right, then we can compromise. If it was put to a vote, my nation will support your nation's accession. I do not care if Ryccia is very militaristic. That is the reason why we are allies among other reasons. What will it take to get you interested in joining the SCO?"

KJI: "I'll propose it to Parliament after this. After this visit, the Parliament's decision will be posted in the Ryccian Bulletin. But we won't promise that we will approve this, neither we will promise that we will join. Its a possibility. We will also won't join because of Sporaltryus. We won't ally with a state we catalouged as a "State Sponsor of Terrorism". We are very sorry".

President West: "If it makes a difference, Sporaltryus was suspended by the SCO sometime ago. You know, I don't like that fact that Sporaltryus was admitted to the SCO, but if you were a member of the SCO, we could co-sponsor a request for expulsion. Don't forget that my nation went to war with Sporaltryus not long ago."

KJI: "Yeah. That factor might help our vote in Parliament. Its being discussed now in Parliament, so we can do it as soon as possible. If Sporaltryus is out, then we might just join"

An hour passes to see the vote. A MP quickly enters the room soon after.

MP: "Your highness, the vote for SCO accession...has passed 7,608 vs. 2,392. Also, sanctions against SCO members, with the exception of Sporaltryus, have been lifted"

KJI: "Then I guess we will submit an application! Now, let's move to the Talyan Crisis"
