Reason: We really, really need a jump point.

Details: Some of the nations there are close to CTEing, but I figured we could speed up the process. This would also be quite the ironic JP.
There are seven nations currently in the region with no delegate. I'd preferably like to do this operation within the week so we can get the needed jump point.
