We have broken our ties to Ryccia, as a review by the Laiwanese National Congress has catalogued Ryccia as a rouge state. The multiple wars in its territory show that it cannot sustain itself in the near future.

It was our error to be allies with them. Perhaps the need to be friendly to all countries alike was our reason.

However, we urge Ryccia and Sporaltryus to talk their differences out.

We are temporarily against the removal of Laiwan, but recommend that a debate be held.

We agree with the Darkstrait delegation, this proposal of the Sporaltryan Union would clearly fall under Article 2, Section 1, Subsection 3, "The Membership shall be suspended, temporarily removed or permanently removed due sentence of the Court if the Member is charged of certain Crime against the Union and found guilty of it."

As this proposal strongly resembles an accusation as stipulated in the Socialist Papers, we believe that this should be settled in the Court of the Union.
