Amendment to the Charter: Article 5.5

The following is a proposal to amend the Charter. Voting will remain open for five days and requires 75% support to pass.


This proposal allows the administrative team to take administrative action against member who use proxies. The debate can be found here.


The vote will end on 29 June 2015 at 3:23pm (GMT+8) A countdown timer is available here
