I am sure that you are all aware of the trial about the Regula Rationalis months ago? This is one of the prime examples, in which when a decision (Abolishment of a law, etc), a portion of the Hammerstarian citizens are gathered in a forum, they would then debate on the topic, and when the final conclusion is made, the government shall have the obligation to perfect and construct a law that the people have agreed to.

Which in the case of the Regula Rationalis, the citizens debate on the merits and the downfalls of the Regulation, they would then vote on the things they wish to keep, and vote on the things they wish to dispel. Once the forum is finished, the government constructed a new framework as a replacement for the regula rationalis.

Our economy works normally like others. Our government works together with state owned companies and private enterprises to control the Hammerstarian economy. There is even distribution of income with our people, with the richest citizens earning about 2-3 times more than the poorest citizens.

Of course, there are still some restrictions all industries must abide to. They are not allowed to conduct trade however they please.

My last question: how do you safeguard socialism? How do you prevent a takeover from anti-socialist forces?

We do not safeguard socialism nor do we safeguard capitalism. The only thing we safeguard are the teachings and cultures that rooted from our history. We feel that if we safeguard one single ideology, and end up being headstrong about it, we will be blinded with the errors and flaws of our governmental system. So, if one were to bring up a good opinion about our governmental system, we'll take that into consideration, and we shall compromise our government with their suggestions via the proceedings of our forum. We believe that our governmental system is not absolute, foolish to think so, for every system is full with contradictions. Like what the late Holy King Stephen Pendragon has expressed to us, "The law is the end product of many years of history... the fruit of human knowledge! Like a gem, polished to a gleam through trials... and errors. It is this fruit we receive, and pass on, and face in our time. And it is always changing, growing. Nurturing it is our task as human beings."

As for these rebels, we take them down in our own usual fashion. We try to reason with them, perhaps compromise with them if their argument has some merit, and that the people wishes to implement their system. We wont be fully headstrong, that's the wrong way to go. But if these rebels kept on using force, and they started attacking innocents due to their silly little ideologies, we would have no choice but to crack them down. They should've known better than to attack Hammerstar and La Regal Condottieri.

We feel that these politics pose a risk of having as fifth column in the S.S.U. should the capitalists make a takeover of the government. We ask Hammerstar if they would consent to host a S.S.U military base with an international garrison, to protect the government in case of an attempted coup.

Though we are really sure that these capitalists aren't going to take government due to our political approach, we would gladly accept Bruuma's concerns, and is willing to establish an S.S.U military base. However, they must be under a commander under Knightisian order. We shall not allow a foreign military commander to command military forces established in Hammerstar.

Nevertheless, in the case of a rebellion under a pure capitalist ideology, we shall come to other members of the S.S.U for support.

We appreciate it, but putting the base under the command of your Army would defy the very purpose of it. We propose that each nation occupy in turn the base with its forces based on a rotation system, so that the occupation is never permanent. The garrisoned force will not have the autorithy to operate outside the base except when requested by your government or in case of civil or international war.
