I think this belongs in the LB&G, but wasn't sure to leave it either in the main section or in the Hall of Spam. I've decided to move it to the main section, but do say if I should move it elsewhere.
Peruvian cuisine is delicious, so I'm not sure I can pick a favourite dish. I do however have a special liking for Ají de Gallina and Tiratido. The first is shredded chicken with a (somehow) spicy sauce and potatoes. The second is raw fish, like sashimi, but with a spicy sauce. They have a Peruvian chicken joint 'round here called Crisp & Juicy, and it lives up to its namesake. They serve the chicken with yucca fries and this sauce...Mmm.
