Think of it this way, most of the world drives on the left side of the road, because most people are right-handed and can cut down their enemies as they pass by. Here in America, we drive on the right side of the road, thereby reducing the body count. Tounge

What about Myanmar (or something like that) where the steering wheel is on the right side and they drive on the right, so the citizens wouldn't get to left-winged.
