We used to operate under a system known as the "Brave Little Toaster" system, in which our delegate was elected via some in-game system. We've moved away from that a long time ago to forum-based delegate elections.

I'm not aware of neenee ever being Delegate in TSP, unless you're referring to the various people who accused Escade of being her?
