There was a power outage for a few minutes around 1:00 AM-2:00 AM. It rained like a thunderstorm in those hours. For now, Im using my slow phone internet.

The winds are getting as strong as ever. I am in the balcony of my house. Its not raining much, but you can feel the strong winds. The 8:00 AM predicted range of winds is here.

Its the other people that Im worried about. Some of my relatives live in weak houses(from what I know), all the people in this island who have weak houses, it will be a tragedy if the winds get storm-strong. And what's un-snuffed?
