What i like:
you have a strong presence in every session and you are the type of the delegate that people want to listen

you also has a unique sense of delivery in the moderated caucus. easily to be differentiated

what i think you can improve

When you already have a strong presence, you need to direct the conference with a great leadership skills reflected by you want to hear other delegates, willing to facilitate, and most importantly: drafting

make sure you also have points to be brought and dais know that it was your point. the easiest way to do it is by putting label and sales speech

you should also research more and identify potential solutions that need to be discussed

it’s a good thing you already have a style in speech, but try to maximize your diplomatic manner (kayak berdiri yang masih gak firm, dll)

you came prepared it’s a good thing
