1. Your nation is a pariah. You are lucky anyone is at all interested in negotiating with you. You are lucky I decided to let you participate in the summit, especially since you were purposefully not given an invitation. I suggest more humility from the nation that has either threatened or caused nuclear exchanges, depending on what you consider canon.

2. You seem to be ignoring the gravity of your situation. Right now, as per Resolution 002, the following nations have ZERO trade with you: Kringalia, Awesomiasa, Sovonor, Sporaltryus, Farengeto, Bonaugure, Karnetvor, Feirmont, Resentine, Sedunn, Rebeltopia, Hammerstar, The Sanghelios Legion. You are not in a position to threaten, because your economy is in shambles.

3. What have you ever used your military for? Riot control that violates human rights. Rogue operations that attack territories in violation of domestic law. Confrontations in international waters that lead to war. And you somehow want to keep your military. No, that's it for you. Ryccia has no need for offensive capabilities. You get to keep a National Guard, for defensive purposes. You don't get to threaten to turn the world into a nuclear wasteland anymore.

4. Ah yes, the 150 nuclear weapons. We negotiated in good faith with you, I convinced Sporaltryus and Farengeto to increase your limit to 150, and what is the first thing you do? Cause a war and threaten to use your nukes. Yeah, you definitely use them responsibly. *rollseyes*

5. At this point, the entire international community is tired of your government. Whether you like the agreement or not is irrelevant, because it is safe to assume everyone will enforce it upon you. You have one chance to negotiate as equals, with the IOC, and you blew it all the way to the atmosphere.
