But we need permission from Sporaltryus on wether we could evacuate the Ryccian-born population in the Union. We pass this to our Sporaltryan counterpart, wether they would allow any nation other than Ryccia, to help extradite the Ryccian population.

We have not seen a finger lifted to do this, thus we are very worried.

Plus, it is a fundamental duty of the state to protect and save its citizens.

It is also a fundamental duty of the state to meet is international obligations. Granting Ryccia permission in activities outside its jurisdiction is a slippery slope my government does not wish to entertain.

I encourage the Ryccian Government to contact the Hammerstar and Qvaitican Governments on this matter.

Farengeto is doing all it can to evacuate its people, but we are not willing to risk countless military lives on an armed intervention.

The airports are unusable, the ports are destroyed, there are fires in the streets, all central authority is gone. Our people barely escaped from the embassy, and reports indicated their helicopters were fired upon by rioters. Anything short of a full-scale landing is futile, and if we try that we're fighting a war against the Sporaltryan people.

If our government refuses to allow military intervention we will not allow Ryccia to do so either.

Furthermore, according to Ryccian news and your own diplomatic cries, you have hundreds of thousands if not millions of refugees within your own nation, and an economy that has barely managed to sustain itself. We would advise that you address the crises within your own borders before trying to launch a military intervention against others.

We will not militarily intervene. We will just rescue our citizens. What, are we going to shoot missiles out of our planes and such?

No. We will fly over the territory with our planes and lay low. Then, we rescue the Ryccians.

That was our original plan.

How do you expect to land your planes where the airports are inoperative, or at worst destroyed? Landing any sort of large aircraft in Sporaltryus is suicide.

Something like this, but without the shooting and aid.
