In compliance with Clause 12 of the Charter I refer to this Council the accession application of the SJS Republic. I have found it to be in good standing and I have verified that its application has been adequately filled.

We have not seen a lot of action from SJS republic until now, when it applied embassies to a lot of nations offering such program.

Tell us the merits and downfalls of having the SJS republic as an ally in the SCO.

I second the request from my Hammerstar colleague and invite an SJS representative to speak before this Council.

We feel that the representatives of the SJS republic have failed to present themselves to the council, therefore ultimately, wasting our time.

The SJS Republic representatives would like to apologise for their delay in arrival, and present themselves to the council to answer any questions.

In response to the first question, although the SJS Republic is only newly presenting itself to the world, we have a strong economy and are highly stable, which allows us to be an effective member of this organisation. Also, because we've mostly been laying dormant on the world scene, we don't bring any bad blood with us and no longstanding diplomatic issues.

The SJS Republic delegation believes that they would prove to be valuable allies for the SCO, as we are reliable and stable, as opposed to some other nations.

Enlighten us a bit, if you may, tell us a little about the SJS republic. Their main industry, their government, their culture, and variations thereof.

It must be noted that info about the SJS republic is pretty much a blur to the technocracy
