Come on guys, I don't like the silence in TSL's accession. I thought the SCO was a bit more.... Active than this.

Didn't we solve the issue on the Sangheli and the Homo Livi already? There should be no more reason for me being the only person asking Arbiter about his country.

2.) Ok then, also, I would ask that you take a look at my proposed amendment to the Charter. The only person who's even bothered to reply so far is Henn.

Interestingly enough, I am not set out to blindly oppose everything you do. I was going to support your proposal today, but went out with some friends, so I haven't had time yet. Yeah, I will oppose everything you do.

About my plans...let's just say the Walsh Administration will have the fate it deserves, in due course. Maybe not. Maybe the Walsh legacy will last well into 2016.

Edit: actually...your recent behaviour on IRC has made me reconsider. Once the withdrawal amendment passes, I hope you take the hint and get the hell out of the SCO.

I'm going to regret asking this, but what happened in the IRC? I presume it was a fiery discussion.

That's a private discussion that won't be released for a VERY long time.

Not what you said, but what I said.

It is quite simple. You have no intention to abide by SCO regulations and have an attitude towards others that I find sadistic and quite frankly unbearable. I am therefore highly encouraging you to withdraw from the SCO and never engaging us in any way.

You are exactly the kind of person that I wish not to roleplay or even have any kind of contact with. Thankfully, I do not have to. Rest assured I will ignore your existence from now on. That way, we can both keep the peace.

Ok. Me and My nation are two different things. As for not abiding by SCO regulations, you really need to stop making loopholes for them then. I can't give Aid to Ryccia without having diplomatic relations with them, because then I'm infringing on National Sovereignty and that's a big thing in Resentine, and for my RP. And I was honestly shocked when Henn took all of that so seriously, because he does the same thing to me over Skype(jokingly). And Less Sadistic, more Opportunistic for some good fun which got taken out of proportion, and I do apologize for that. Just out of Curiosity, how much of that did Henn give you? Because we stayed on there for about an hour or so after discussing what had just happened in there.

RE: [OOC] Southern Cooperation Organisation - Hammerstar - 07-04-2015

Didn't it say somewhere "Unless for humanitarian and aid" ?

RE: [OOC] Southern Cooperation Organisation - Kris Kringle - 07-04-2015

I guess I will have to say this yet again: breaking diplomatic relations does not mean states cannot communicate with each other or coordinate policies.

Source: I am a student of international relations.

"Refusal to engage in trade and commercial exchanges, except for humanitarian and food purposes" And also common defence in the event Ryccia is being attacked from an unprovoked conflict.

While the SCO is firm in its commitment for not having diplomatic relations with Ryccia, I will not rule out the possibility that indirect communication lines, such as emergency assistance hotlines overseen by an international aid organisation, be established in place of diplomatic embassies. An RL example would be the Seoul-Pyongyang hotline between South and North Korea.
