RE: [IC] Crownsville Summit - Farengeto - 09-24-2015

Lucia Varnham of the Farengeto Delegation stood in objection.

"Our delegation did not walk out, Rey did. He was not necessary for our negotiations and he was impatient of Ryccian diplomacy."

[IC] Crownsville Summit - Resentine - 09-24-2015

Ramius began to address the Farengetan Delegation, "Really? Because I certainly recall the last significant thing that occurred at the Government Island Summit being your delegation leaving, after General Rey did. Of course, it was the same day that Ryccia attacked it's Antartic Colony; not long after a Farengetan battle fleet showed up. But, of course, the Ryccians did fire first, however, You did appear rather timely to the scene of a civil conflict. Some could argue that it was rather convienent that you abandoned the peace process the same day the Ryccians were forced into another civil conflict......"

President Aaron McBane took his microphone and said, "Ladies and gentlemen, instead of pointing fingers, let's find something resourceful to do, like resolving the Ryccian issue." After a moment of brief silence, President McBane continued, "I must say that I agree with the proposal set forth by the delegation from Sedunn."

RE: [IC] Crownsville Summit - RandomGuy199 - 09-24-2015

With the microphone turned off, President Kerenskiy and Ministers Kyrzinski and Van Heyden discussed the different proposals. After they agreed on which one they would support, Kerenskiy turned on the microphone, and spoke.

"We agree with the Sedunnic delegation's proposal as well. Once the reforms are implemented, and corruption is under control, we should provide Ryccia with aid so it can recover, like Mr. Ramius and the rest of the Resentinian delegation have said."

RE: [IC] Crownsville Summit - Hammerstar - 09-25-2015

Hannah Trump stood up, and spoke.

"We would like to favour Sedunn's proposal, since that they are quite sound. However, details are needed particularly in point 1 and 3. Who would be the one that shall supervise the demobilisation? Should it be the IOC or another international body? Moreover, we would like that a clause be added concerning autonomy on Siculite and RATSPT. Since it all rooted from the matter of freedom that these vassal states receive. Last but not least, Hammerstar would like to add another clause in the proposal. It basically states that the Ryccian government, under supervision from a steward nation, must conduct constant random audits and checks to ensure the minimum of foul play present. We ask the opinions of the other delegations."

Hannah sat back down, and the High Paladin stood back up.

"Delegates, it is a pain for us to say this. But instead of a freebie trade, Ryccia should have a solid framework on how they are going to repay Hammerstar for the aid we have given to them."

The High Paladin sat back down.

RE: [IC] Crownsville Summit - Ryccia - 09-25-2015

TCPJK: "Hold on a second! Hammerstar only built a rail line, and that was a private company! You only sent teachers! You never helped to build a building, just that rail line!"

RE: [IC] Crownsville Summit - Hammerstar - 09-25-2015

The High Paladin stood up once more.

"We meant those afterwards, the rail line is bound by contract and could not be changed anymore. The deal is complete, and we are just saying that from now on, any aid and loan should be repaid."

RE: [IC] Crownsville Summit - Jay Coop - 09-25-2015

Secretary "Gio" Giletti said, "I would like the Ryccian delegation to accept the Sedunnic proposal considering how much money was dedicated to Rebuilding Ryccia. We don't want all of our hard work to go up in smoke."

RE: [IC] Crownsville Summit - Darkstrait - 09-25-2015

"The Sedunnic proposal is not broad enough, however."

RE: [IC] Crownsville Summit - Jay Coop - 09-25-2015

Secretary Victor Cutter asked, "Care to elaborate on that?"
