How? Let me guess: "The community progresses" and all that stuff

Socialism versus Capitalism - ProfessorHenn - 05-06-2015

Exactly. The community as a whole, not each individual. It is a utopia-like system.

Well, that's what I needed to hear.

I disagree.

Socialism versus Capitalism - ProfessorHenn - 05-06-2015

And why is that? Would you prefer to be surviving on your own, greedy, with no help from the outside?

Jasper Henn
As long as I live. I put myself first above all, and I try to have the best life I can have.

Socialism versus Capitalism - ProfessorHenn - 05-06-2015

And you'd rather see others fall behind?

If they are people I know and love, I wouldn't leave them behind.

But if they are complete strangers to me, why would I help a stranger? What if they don't even thank me? What if they take advantage of me?

It's the same thing with R/D. Raiding is a greedy job. You don't do it for others, you do it for yourself.

Defending is the selfless job. It's a thankless job. There's a quite in someone signature on the NS forums by Deadeye Jack that explains it perfectly.

Raid - Capitalism

Defend - Socialism/Communism

Those are NS Military Tactics. Capitalism is an economic system. Its not the same.

And so, if I do it for myself, what's wrong with that? Its my life, and I try it to be the best it can be. Not serving the community.
