Commander Alpha took two glasses of grape juice, and gave a glass to the Baron.
"Here, you might be thirsty."
*Commander Alpha gestured his hand to the exit.*
"Of course Baron, we can talk in the tulip garden. No one would see us there. If you really want some privacy. I would keep my sword seethed beside me, but I promise that I shall not draw out my sword, in respect to you."
*The Commander gave the Baron a more serious look.*
"But know this, if you are going to lead me to an ambush, I would know and I would foil it."
*The Commander then gave a look at John Smith, and said to the Baron.*
"I would appreciate it if both of us talked alone Baron Butterfire. I believe that I shall be more comfortable, if we are both alone. Besides, there are other people in this party, and since the Burning oil of Butterfire has recently got out from its isolation, I suggest talking with more people. "
*Gazed at the Baron.*
"Now, I assume that there is something to tell me, I shall show you the way."
*The Commander led the Baron out from the hall and both of them walked on the way to the flower garden of the Lux Universus.*
"Milady, I don't know about you. But I think a woman as graceful and beautiful as yourself should not show blatantly show any sign of anxiety, even though I can read your emotions like a book, you should always keep a smile. You have a beautiful smile baron, I'm sure of it."
They arrived in the flower garden.*

"Hammerstar is going very well, we have our falls, but we continue to strive, and recover. It is quite interesting really, since we got out from our isolation, we met a lot of people in The South Pacific. There are many interesting people, with many interesting points of view. The diversity of cultures is rather enticing, and we are looking forward to learn even more. I truly hope that both Hammerstar and Sedunn could share their cultural heritages, I am sure that yours is simply beautiful… Maybe in my holidays I could visit Sedunn?"
*Chuckles*
"Maybe that can be saved for another time. So, my lieges, what do you think of our University? Truly one of a kind, yes?"

Samuel raises an intrigued eyebrow.
"Duels you say? My, I must caution myself when I visit the Sanghelios Legion! Would there happen to be any books on the matter of the Legion culture? I would much rather be prepared than not."
The Foreign Affairs Minister lets out a laugh.
"It may prouve to be an exciting trip, to say the least. As for Feirmont, we're currently working on expanding our expeditions to the Southern colder areas of our Nation. The current expeditions have found an abundance of resources and various artifacts from the native peoples that lived there prior to our landings several decades ago. We've also been working on an oceanic trade route, to better stimulate our trade and resources. It's shaping up to be quite an eventful few months ahead of us, I can tell you that much."
Hon. Pauline Dragt
Pauline smiles and lets out a friendly laugh
"My Lady, I am afraid you are mistaken. Our culture does not have presidents or vice-presidents. Our head of state is myself, a Prime Minister. Nevertheless, you are correct. Our pastries are of highest quality, to which we are very proud of the various cakes and pastries that have been, shall we say, discovered. If you would allow me to send you some upon my return home, I would be more than glad to do so. Perhaps for a friendly exchange of Hammerstar's finest teas? I admit, I am a lover of teas myself, and enjoy a cup or two before and after I have to listen to our country's opposition leader in the House of Commons."
Pauline starts to roll her eyes, but catches herself.
"Not that he's a terrible man, of course. We just seem to disagree on major points. Such is the political system, I suppose."
Pauline turns when she hears Erika Tachibana's greeting.
"Ah! Erika, what a pleasure to see you here. I hope to see you well? Have you met Lady Avianna Lynessa Chronowallace, our hostess for this event? We are discussing matters of pastries and tea."

Over the course of the long flight to Hammerstar, Syna Zantos had hardly talked to anyone at all. Instead, she turned to reading pieces of traditional Ubesiian literature while contemplating the upcoming gathering, feeling slightly relieved at being temporarily freed of some of the more stressful parts of her job, while at the same time feeling slight apprehension, not quite fear, but apprehension nonetheless, at the prospect of meeting the leaders of some of the most important nations in the South Pacific.
Meanwhile, her companion on the flight, Tenabris Mokana, spent his time checking military reports, briefly talking with the elite guards that had been sent to escort their delegation to the event, reading about the history of Hammerstar, and eventually simply relaxing for the rest of the flight when he had nothing in particular left to do.
Eventually their plane arrived at the airport, and upon disembarking the two were greeted by the last member of the Ubesiian delegation, Marx Radick, who had been waiting for them with the motorcade that they would be taking to the Lux Universus.
After exchanging brief greetings, the three members of the delegation and their guards got into their waiting cars and hurried to the Lux Universus so as not to arrive any later than they already were.

Syna Zantos turned to meet the approaching Ridcully and Bangalter, giving a slight bow of welcome before speaking.
Syna Zantos: "Greetings Archchancellor, I am well, thank you. May I introduce the other two members of our delegation, Supreme Commander Tanebris Mokana, and Ambassador Marx Radick."
Both men gave similar bows as they were introduced.
Tanebris Mokana: "Greetings."
Marx Radick: "An honor to meet you."
Syna Zantos: "How has life been treating you as of late?"
