Its already in northcentral, of the frost empire. What is in the frontlines, are medical infrastructure in villages and cities.

No it wasn't, the people who inhabited the Dadaab refugee camps came from the neighboring Country of Somalia. Kenya itself wasn't in a state of civil war.

North Central Reizen, Frost Empire, is still a part of the contested zone which makes up the Frontlines of the war. Furthermore, the Empire never gave permission for camps on the home islands to the Northwest of the region. The Empire granted the MSF access to Reizen Province, which means it is subject to the changing tides of war. At present Camp Sanctuary isn't threatened by the RIM, but it will in the coming weeks if it isn't evacuated due to the RIM offensive and Frost Counter Offensive as the scope of the RIM offensive is to push as far into the North as humanly possible, conscript the refugees to replenish their manpower and continue their grind northwards.

Disrupting MSF operations in North Central Reizen also starts the sub plot involving Catra death as the unreasonable Maj. General will be sure to push his demands on MSF camps towards the RIM occupied regions after dealing with camp sanctuary. Thus allowing the RIM to capture uniforms and trucks with which to disperse catra death on an unsuspecting populace. At least that's the general scenario.

RE: [OOC] Flash News - Jay Coop - 06-27-2019

Unless they have to do with climate change, I hope everyone knows that the seasons are reversed in the southern hemisphere (when it is winter in the north, it is summer in the south and vice versa).

RE: [OOC] Flash News - GI-Land - 06-27-2019

*is happy that his country is in the Northern Hemisphere, although he needs to admit that his record high of 40°C would probably be not so much of a record high in the real world*

RE: [OOC] Flash News - Folkmann - 06-27-2019

I am aware that we are in the southern hemisphere, I just reversed my seasons to northern hemisphere ones but if we are doing the same seasons as in the real world southern hemisphere then there would be a blizzard in Fauderland and Sorbkraia.

It is also revealed the 4th highest country to publish a scientific paper every year, publishing an average of 800,000 per year and ranking most medical papers and agriculture papers than any other South Pacifican country

Sorry, I don't mean to be a party pooper, but 800,000 articles is almost as much as the USA and China combined. 0.05 papers per capita is almost 20 times the amount of the highest ranking nation in the real world, Sweitzerland (~0.0025).

RE: [OOC] Flash News - Hammerstar - 10-22-2019

Sorry about that, I meant to say in total. I followed according to the scopus index.

https://www.scimagojr.com/countryrank.php

The per capita switzerland does not account in total, it accounts per year publication. Per capita with total publication is held mostly my scadinavian states like denmark, iceland and sweden.

@Folkmann

Temperatures should actually rise since we're in the southern hemisphere

RE: [OOC] Flash News - VPRB - 11-21-2019

@Qwert I might have misinterpreted Sedunn statement OOC. I read it as if the pulling out of Sedunn troops if the Empire attacks the WPR was an offer instead of a threat  Cheese

I'll try to rectify it IC.
