You'd think your agents would waste time looking into a nation that pose no threats to them, when they are needed for spying on the nations that pose a threat to you.
Furthermore, you said there'll be a Cold War, won't most of your spies are needed for espionage?
I believe that henn's espionage would be targeted mostly to karnetvor, or Ryccia. As if USA would spy on China and Soviet Union. They didn't really used their spies to keep watch on the Vatican state didn't they?
Moreover, if they can't see the takeover by the consortium imminent, how would they fare in uncovering a wide complicated plot to isolate a nation?

How about we agree to not talk about this. My country (in plot) would be non-existent, and anyone can just take it up for grabs.
My rebellion however, is still existent, and when it all finished, they would come to a place known as Hammerstar.
They would then know about this place known as Hammerstar on 2015.
