It is only digital for us. I'd be concerned with how a Planck be turned into physical currency.

The Omegan Credit is physical currency, with the amount in circulation determined by the Omegan Central Bank, however, a majority of transactions take place digitally with the physical cash in reserves.

The Unified Altmoran Credit is primarily a digital currency, however there are several trillion UAC worth of polymer banknotes still in circulation.

The national currency remains a physical currency. It is technically a fiat currency, but contrary to many fiat currencies, the total amount of currency is locked, with adjustments only allowed for estimated loss or damages of coins and bills (basically, each year, the central bank estimates how much money exists and then compensates accordingly to reach the nominal value.

Competing currencies are allowed but regulated; some of these currencies include digital currencies.
