Each member state is allowed to submit one candidacy of its own. I'd recommend that you all do that in the election thread that already exists. There's really no need to create a new one. Let's keep it simple.

Everyone, please remember to post HERE with your nominees for Council President. We can't vote on accessions and resolutions if we don't have a Council President. Each person gets to make one nomination.

Please nominate someone, guys. If we don't elect a Council President we can't vote on condemning Vercopa, we can't vote on human rights declarations, we can't vote on admitting Kys. We really, really need a Council President.
