The Charter says the Council must elect one of its members as presiding officer, so technically the member state is the Council President, represented by its ambassador. So no, Cathalea can't really nominate someone. :/
A reminder that you are nominating your own nation, as represented by your ambassador to the SCO.

Probably listing one of your issues as being "Ryccian Roots". That is, or could be interpreted, as somewhat Xenophobic/Racist.
That was one of the things discussed about Kys, not as an issue, but as something to be known about. So far the things discussed about Kys is Xenophobia, Vercopa and about Kys itself.

Yea, but, that's like saying Resentine wouldn't support anything that the Kringalians propose because they are from Kringalia. Your putting their culture into a question about economics and security.

I don't know man, my delegates have countlessly respected the Kysian cultures in our talks. Nothing signaled that we are insulting them at all. It's a bit weird for me that he's going out blazing guns again.

No. Keep in kind the concept is that Hammerstar would be nominating itself for Council President. Its SCO ambassador would discharge those duties on its behalf, since they are the top Hammerstarian official there, but the Council President would be Hammerstar, not the ambassador. In that sense, you could replace your ambassador, but remain Council President, until your term was done.
