Took some time and used the pixel scale we have available in the map to make some approximations.
At a radius of 51.4 km, the inner circle represents the area with a 100% chance of third degree burns.
The outer circle, at 111 km, represents the distance at which anybody beyond would be safe from thermal radiation damage.
The capital, while not in great danger, should still get some fires.

The area around the stadium is full of 100 story buildings. It is a crowded city, and beyond that, a few miles of 50-90 story buildings.

By the way, this is a picture taken 161 km (100 miles) away from the Tsar Bomba, the most powerful artificial explosion in human history, at 50 Mt. The crown of the cloud is 56 km (35 miles) high at the time of the picture.
That 161 km range is approximately the distance from Sporaltryus City to Castietya. This is probably what someone in the capital might see if they looked at the horizon.

Honestly? Panic. 25 million deaths and a huge and scary mushroom cloud can do that to a population.
