It's like a new start thing, Ryccia is starting a new leaf, Henn as well. Their unstable and corrupt governments have paved way for anarchy, the perfect opportunity for them to change their ideology and nations. (Though I don't know what's the point, it'll be the same anyway, just in different plots)
Anyway, zak, r u thinking of making a secondary claim (Like a vassal state?)

Maybe, though I have a billion puppets I never keep up with so no doubt I'd forget about it then it would CTE. Maybe when a region gets boring on a main puppet then I'll do it.
