Yes. Sometimes you will have to take on a parental role. An army is something that needs to be guided and maintained. You can never neglect your members because you will see your military fall apart.

How do you plan to keep track of what the army has done? I tend to use spreadsheets to calculate how many missions individuals have done, what they've done, who is in it, for example.
