And GR, its one thing to hold them offsite. And yes, the people who win need to be offsite. But it's another to say that the individuals who are active in NS aren't a voting part of the community.

I don't understand what's so unreasonable about that. They aren't voting. They aren't a member of the forums. They aren't active in our region's government. They can be, at any point, if they choose to be. Allowing citizens to be inactive for a longer time isn't going to lead to more on-site people choosing to join the off-site community, though.

But it's also not prioritizing once set of activity over another.

Why do you have think of it that way? Citizenship isn't about telling the RMB community it sucks and isn't important.

We have two separate communities in TSP. That's just a fact. There's nothing to change that, unless the NS developers decide to create NS forums that integrate seamlessly with the region. By having off site forums, we created two communities, so it's pointless pretending that we're still one TSP.

Saying that there are two communities isn't degrading either. It's merely recognizing reality. Asking people to be active on the forum community in order to, well, be active on the forum community, isn't degrading to the RMB community. I don't really get why you see it that way.

'Cause most everyone else in the game sees their region as one community...

It doesn't matter how you "see" things. There are two communities. That is a fact. That's what happens when you create off-site forum governments. There's nothing dirty or wrong about recognizing that.

No, there's not, if that's the way it's viewed, but perception is everything, especially in a game like this.

RE: Amendment to Citizenship Removals 1.2.7 of the Charter - sandaoguo - 06-10-2014

So... Change your perception to match reality. I sincerely doubt anybody who only uses the RMB really gives a shit about not being called a citizen, anyways.

No, but they do care 'bout not bein' considered true members of the region. When ya stop seein' the on-site and off-site communities as bein' one cohesive community, the off-site forum becomes one community imposin' its will over another.

Literally nobody here is saying that they're not true members of TSP.
