I wanted that. But the first summit failed, and when I requested another, no response. What peace there's going to be if the negotiations just fail?

Darkstrait, sometimes we need to get tough on allies. I am worried that Ryccia is going to drag us into an unfavorable war.

There's a difference between supporting an ally and backing unjustified aggression.

Qvait is not a fool, and he knows that an alliance is only worth its price when both states act rationally. Ryccia is doing the exact opposite.

The Iraq war was pointless. We suspected that a dictator who had never posed a threat to the US was developing chemical weapons.
However, a nation trying to defend its sovereignty from a vampiric organization is far more reasonable.
