Next time the map updates, that plot is open. It wouldn't work.
Besides, I doubt the mainland would be open to a Ryccian Garrison.

It would be unofficial in the map. As soon as someone else takes the plot, that colony never happened.
And it would be "humanitarian aid" as I try to restore your nation!(Non-militarily at first, but if Sporaltryans attack, I would defend my workers or search Laiwan to defend them). But that would fail, and my control is left in only a city.

I was just going to send aid workers, and they get attacked by (x) group, so I or Laiwan can defend them.
